Videofy My Fashion

- Stories, Style

If you have been following my twitter/instagram account within the pass few weeks, you may already have seen bits and pieces of my #videofymyfashion entry in progress.

The objective is to make a video of the most inspiring moment of the summer, in a unique and creative way using the VideofyMe iphone/adnroid app., upload it online and VIOLAAAHH! you have the chance to accompany Bon Magazine at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Stockholm S/S 2013.

And without further due, I present *drumroll*

I have been photoshooting, page-flipping, cutting, pasting, ripping and pinning images onto a cork board, not only to get my ideas out, but because the mood board is also a big part of the video.

The Making

I enjoy making videos and short films and I’m very comfortable with editing them, but the real challenge was to make a video using only my iPhone with the VideofyMe app.. At first I was a little worried but after fiddling with the app for literally 2 minutes, everything made sense to me. VideofyMe is well designed and very user-friendly. It comes with filters and editing features that lets you edit and trim your clips from that very moment you took them, without the hassle of uploading and importing it to an editing software.

The blueprint I made for the video.
