I find it very interesting that when I look at my photos, I see a boy trying to dress up as a grown-up man — I mean, it’s funny in a way but I just find it odd, I guess it makes sense, I wear ‘boys’ (and girls) clothing — with a mind and experience of an adult to put it together.
I do remember though, as a young kid, I’ve always love looking at my parents/ or adults in general all dressed up and I couldn’t wait to grow up and be able to wear exactly what they have on. My clothes as a little kid were limited to basics and essentials, now I understand the importance of it and the practically it holds. Occasionally I would have clothes with childish things and cartoon characters, which was never my choice, but I ended up parading them anyways.
I love where I am right now. I love having my emotions and inspirations show through my clothes, it’s very liberating.
