espace d. (pronounced es-pass-day), is a contemporary boutique featuring highâend home accessories artfully curated from around the globe located in Vancouver’s Yaletown district at 1108 Richards Street.
The design of espace d. was conceived and executed by Derreumaux in collaboration with the help of MGB Architecture, the firm behind the design of Gastown’s Obakki and LYNNsteven boutiques as well as Oru at the Fairmont Pacific Rim. The concept for the boutique is clean, simple and minimal yet very effective, fully showcasing international collection of modern home accessories personally selected by Derreumaux himself.
My good friend, Nicole, and I was there to mingle with the crowd, adoring every pieces displayed, shelves after shelves, table after table. I’m normally a very curious little boy guy and I love fiddling with tools and gadgets. All the pieces are equally interesting and beautiful.
A quick note to all my lovely friends and acquaintances out there, you now know where to buy gifts when I invite you for a house warming party in the near future, AHAHA!. You can visit their website at www.espacedonline.com, facebook page http://facebook.com/espacedonline or follow them on twitter @espacedonline.
