I won’t say this is a very ‘grunge’ look per se, but for the lack of title, I thought ‘Biker Grunge’ works just fine.
I’ve styled this faux-leather biker jacket from Forever21 in all possible ways I can imagine and just the other day, I thought it would be fun to not only wrap around this plaid shirt from WHYRED around my waist, but to wear it almost as a skirt, which is a little throwback to a few styling experiments I’ve tried in the past — such as this one and this — both presented interesting alternative ways of wearing a shirt.
It did get few looks but it was expected. It’s hilarious seeing people get confused, and had hard time figuring out what’s going on down there?.
In all honesty, I was wearing this pants I got from the junior department — Girls to be exact, the fabric is slightly thinner and since it’s for girls, it doesn’t have very much room for bulges. Therefore, enter the ‘skirt shirt’ for a little cover up, AND then the biker jacket to butch-it-up a little bit — I know that might be a little too much info but, hey! now you know.
