I used to be in Band in highschool, and although we were always labeled as ‘band geek’ we know we’re cool.

so this is how I dress down a strong band jacket/sweatshirt, gingham shirt and clubmaster… notice how I am also wearing a navy blue socks with black pants and shoes — that’s right, the Fashion ‘no no black and navy together’ is once again busted!.. you CAN wear black and navy as long as the contrast is still evident… if that navy is few more shades darker…then that’s bad… key note is, as long as there’s an obvious contrast, it’s OK.
