Winter Sunset

- LookBook

It has been extremely tricky to work around my wardrobe situation lately as my boyfriend and I are in the middle of finding a new place. And that explains the lack of entry on my blog. Hopefully we’ll find one soon because I’m dying to set up my closet (maybe have my sewing machine too) and start getting back in the blogging groove again.

The super awesome team at H&M Canada sent me a little gift including this lovely tote bag from their recent collaboration with Isabel Marant. Everything else i’m wearing you’re probably familiar with already (If you’ve been following my blog). In fact, this faux leather biker jacket from H&M kids is pealing off already. Mind you, I’ve had it for more than 3 years now. I’ve been looking to invest in a new one — but I just can’t seem to find one that fits anymore. I also wish it came in real leather for kids. Regardless of the obvious evidence of being over-worn, it remains one of my favourite layering pieces.

It’s been a very chilly few days in Vancouver. Contrary to the sunlight beaming in the background, it was -3°C when I shot this look. Lately the sun sets at 4pm, which gives me very little window to shoot. I do like how it turned out. I thought the sunset looked warm and romantic. You almost can’t tell my hands were completely frozen.
