Cat eye sunglasses have been hitting runways and fashion streets for a long while now and I thought I’d finally give it a try. I never intended it to be, but it seems like I always adapt a certain trend when everyone is tired of it already, just right before it dies — and I have no problem with that whatsoever, after all, it’s all about how you wear it.
The sunglasses is feminine, complementing the paisley print on the shirt — while the rest of the outfit is classic menswear pieces with a super gay punch from the orange toque. I don’t normally wear a toque but this bright orange one is an exception. It contrasts well with this emerald green coat. It has the right subtlety to balance the whole look yet the right kick to make it stand out. I also like how it goes well with this herringbone tweed blazer.
I love breaking the femininity of the garments/accessories when I’m styling – it’s unexpected and it’s me. I like contrasting them with classic masculine pieces.
you look better than good.
